Scene in such perspective angle should make an uneasy job for you.
Still... rubber & table didn't appear in the right perspective.

Character pose is ok. Whether she should have a longer neck or not...
Viewing angle issue... so it's a bit hard to tell.
Though I expect a bit longer.... but you are already
near the paper edge <- do a better plan on how to place the character
on the paper/screen to leave room for ease of modifying

Coloring is pretty good...
you could soften the colors for shades on the
areas covered by the table shadow...
(Since too high constrast will result into hard & metallic feel)

Perhaps because of the eyes

Honestly, which way you initially plan to have her looking at, san4?
Her current eye expressions didn't review much information...

To save times and be precise, go for clip art's maps from the web.
(Though I know you are trying to draw a map on Europe)

You've got the guts to implement them - that's a good attitude.
As long as you've got the spirit of "never giving up" and patience,
you will master the skills.

It's good to start from basic... using boxes as your perspective
reference next time. It's easier for inorganic objects. Human character's
perspective is complicated but it's still possible to draw from such
approach - only you have to do a proper the body frame work to define
the character's pose and proportion... (imagine why some parts of the
body will be hidden or exaggerated on particular viewing angle)

For picture structure, I will suggest you to do some rough planning on
how to present your character in the picture. It's important to draw the
rough paper at the appropriate ratio (e.g a bit like a A4) for ease of referencing.

Drawing does need a bit of thinking... finding ways to speed things up is also
important. Good luck
